Totally Riviera - The Cote d’Azur’s premier British run property finding company - launched it’s new revolutionary video service this week. Clients of the company will now be able to view an apartment or villa, in detail from the comfort of their own home or office.

Totally Riviera’s Head of Sales for Nice, Kari Clouston says that they are just following their clients desire for more honest and straightforward views of the properties they wish to see when come to the Riviera.

Clouston goes onto say that many of his clients have commented on the misleading photographs on many of the local French property web-sites. “Clients have made it abundantly clear that they want a more detailed and straightforward view of a property they have put on the wish list”.

“As well as offering clients a clearer visual understanding of the property they may wish to see when they arrive on the Riviera, the videos also save the sales team a lot of wasted viewings. Clients can make more precise and accurate decisions about whether they wish to see a property or not”

Totally Riviera are using Sony and JVC compact cameras to film properties and by editing on the latest Apple Mac laptops a lot more information can be added to the videos in terms of script that gives pricing and size information as the video plays.

Clouston goes onto say, that “my team can film a property, edit it on their laptops, add scripting and effects and then upload it onto our servers in under 30 minutes.”

Currently on the website, there are over 20 streaming videos not just for property on the market, but also for topics of interest such as Nice’s new Tramway and the new Place Massena. New videso are being added almost every day.

In the coming months Totally Riviera will be filming, producing and hosting a large selection of info-videos as well. These will including a series of helpful documentaries on how to purchase in France, mortgages and financial information when we interview one of the Cote d’Azur’s best mortgage brokers as well as a chat with a French Riviera concierge service company and many others.
